Return Policy

You may return all undamaged items or unopened software purchased at Powertronics within 30 days of the original delivery. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, a restocking fee of 10 percent will be added. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Custom or modified products may not be returned.
